Edward Snowden Releases Papers Citing NSA Sent Subliminal Messages through Window Air Conditioners - Targeting of Paranoids and Delusional People Cause Uproar (SAT PAR News Jun 30, 2014) Edward Snowden the former NSA worker now turned controversial super whistle-blower, released several documents showing how the NSA planted devices in home air conditioners to foster a type of mind control. The devices are self-contained and send verbal messages mixed in with the white noise of the air conditioner fan and compressor, making them impossible to detect even when focusing on them and trying to hear the voices. The sound of talking is entirely masked. The messages contained several types of voices that would try to get the person with a conspiracy oriented mind to listen. Snowden provided a summary, "Basically the messages were telling the person that they knew who was behind certain chains of events and the only way to overcome the next attack on the nation was to contact certain trusted people. These people turned out to be NSA psychological evaluators. The evaluators would determine if the person were a potential threat or just a harmless troubled individual." The messages were vague, examples were given. "You and I know who is behind what is going on. We need to work together, they are on every corner. Out group is looking for new members to stop them from destroying our country. They know who you are, it is only a matter of time." Contact information was then given. Snowden said the talking air conditioners were actually effective considering the wide target, "It captured 10% of the paranoids that would have slipped through the cracks in society, we were able to see if these were paranoids that took action or not."

John Boehner the US House Speaker , Republican of Ohio is Demanding White House Stop Tracking Him With New Drone (SAT PAR News Jun 26, 2014) "The darn thing follows me everywhere as soon I step out of the building, if moves fast enough to follow my every move in a car. This has to stop, and it has to stop now!" The White House refused to comment on the alleged drone activity as the new breed of intelligence gathering drones is highly classified. It is believed they can pick up cell phone calls of the target and data from any other device carried such as a laptop. In addition it reportedly has 3D photography to help recreate the full environment along with measurements. An anonymous source at the White House suspected the drone was on testing missions and Boehner merely thinks it is after him. "When they hover in the air above you, you tend to think it is looking at you, but that is not always true. There is a large field of vision available to the camera, you may not be in the actual focus of the picture at all." Speaker Boehner said it was particularly unnerving as this new drone makes no sound at all. "I turn around and there it is starring me in the face. So don't tell me it is not tracking me."

MIT Discovers Human Brain Entanglement with Higgs Boson - Urgently Requests Everyone Stop Thinking About It (SAT PAR News Jun 25, 2014) Dr. Karkus Mute,  professor of physics at MIT announced that by chance discovery when something thinks about whether the Higgs Boson exists or not determines whether it actually does. This is a true representation of Schrödinger's cat proposed by Erwin Schrödinger in 1935 where a cat in box which can kill or not kill must be observed or else the cat is both dead and alive. In this case Dr. Mute says, "By thinking about the Higgs Boson you are opening the box and the fate of the particle is determined, it either exists or it does not exist, alive or dead. In order for us to observe the particles non-destructively - we look at data from the effects of the particles. When people think about the Higgs Boson there is a connection of some type that allows the person to make the particle real or not by what they imagine it to be. It appears to be limited to whether the particle shows up or not, we have no evidence we can create anything other than the particle. But I am sure the media will produce that possibility of our minds making matter appear. We cannot control hysteria, but we do ask everyone all over the world to please stop thinking about whether the Higgs Boson exists or not, This is critical for our research, so I beg everyone to please cooperate." Scientists around the world are already trying to recreate the effect and early efforts have proved successful, a new team at  the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) at CERN, near Geneva, Switzerland was able to demonstrate the complete loss of Higgs data when the team thought the particle did not exist, and the data would then appear when they all thought the particle did exist. New Scientist magazine online edition editorial declared it was like the movie "Sphere" come to life where the research team investigating an alien sphere are able to think matter into existence.

US Rail Gun Beam Controversy Over Where Targets Disappear To - Weapon Worries Military Experts (SAT PAR News Jun 24, 2014) A new experimental weapon based on rail gun technology has caused a targeted drone to completely vanish without a trace, no wreckage at all. Sources within the Pentagon say the gun is based on creating a magnetic beam that can be directed at high speed targets. The test of the magnetic beam required huge amounts of energy, enough in one second to power New York. At least one general who refused to be identified, is concerned that the device is actually sending targets back or forwards in time only to appear again. Even worse the general speculated is that the weapon could be creating a cloaking phenomenon, where the enemy target is still there but now you cannot see it. In either case the target drone was not actually destroyed, The generals concern touches on what several researchers says is the fundamental question, whether or not an enemy target would still exist in our universe and presents a threat, as of now that cannot be determined. Another Pentagon source also remaining anonymous was even angry, "We don't know what we are playing with, being first with an unknown weapon can also be the end of all of us if we can't understand it". The rail Gun Beam incident is also fueling speculation about flight MH370, the new theory circulating social media is that the plane was in the wrong place at the wrong time during a test of the weapon. Military experts have discounted that theory as the rail gun beam is on the other side of the world, one familiar with the program noted, "We do not have the ability to bend energy beams and we also do not have any mirrors floating in space yet to target around the curvature of the earth."

China's Terra Cotta Warriors Start Moving On Their Own After 2,000 Years - Ancient Robots Come to Life (SAT PAR News Jun 23, 2014) As if by magic all of the estimated 7,000+ Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses from the Emperor Qin Shi Huang's Mausoleum in Lintong, Xian, Shaanxi Province in China have start slowly moving. Guards at the Museum of Qin Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses noticed the heads of the warriors turning to look around and the arms moving up and down. The horses started to shuffle slowly from foot to foot and moving their heads up and down. Scientists examining the phenomenon think that there is some microscopic motors with pre-programmed responses within the terra cotta. This was born out as the motions of the statues appear to repeat every 15 minutes. The interesting aspect is that the all the soldiers and horses are marching forward. This is posing a problem for the warehouse like museum as there is only so much space to keep marching. Liming Qiao, China director of the Global Wind Energy Council and an expert on energy distribution is puzzled about where the energy comes from to power the devices. He speculates that is may be from light as the statues were in darkness all that time. Scientist are rushing to get pieces of the ceramic material the warriors are made from so they can use high powered microscopes to discover how the ancients could have possibly made such technology that is beyond today's imagination.

Kanye West Starts His Own Mega-Church,  'Church of Prophet Kanye West' aka PKW  (SAT PAR News Jun 20, 2014) Kanye West has purchased Joel Osteen's huge church structure Lakewood Church in Houston Texas for $36 million. This includes several other separate buildings, some in other locations. Kanye West has previously declared that he is the vessel of God and the greatest rock star, but recently in an interview with MTV news he said, "After marrying Kim Kardashian the most beautiful and talented woman on earth, I realized I needed to step up and provide the way for people to hear my music and words that are straight from God. I am the answer." The refitting of the church will expand the stage  and will have the most speakers ever assembled in one building, including a newly developed 5000 watt 48 inch woofer made from multiple layers of carbon fiber that reportedly has caused earthquake detection devices to go off in nearby areas. Also scheduled is a levitation device using a large magnetic platform that can hover in the air and be directed anywhere around the auditorium. The platform will feature hologram projections in 360 degrees. Kanye commented excitedly on the levitating platform, "I can bring my message to you personally, like an angel spreading divine guidance."

Kim Kardashian Video Game Accidentally Sends Fighter Jets Into Iraq (SAT PAR News Jun 19, 2014) "Kim Kardashian Hollywood" The preliminary name of the video game that will debut on phones has sent four F/A-18 Super Hornet fighter jets from the aircraft carrier  USS George H.W. Bush in the Persian Gulf on a non-existent mission scramble. Here is how that happened according several sources that wish to remain anonymous as it details classified operations. A flight operations dispatcher was viewing the video trailer of the Kardashian game on their cellphone. The dispatcher had recently made an announcement to the pilots crew quarters PA system and had left the microphone open. The video game said a combination of words that deal with fashion items. The fashion words uttered by the male player in the game who wants to be a celebrity and was dressing for his first photo shoot. By coincidence this was the emergency code for immediate  launch of all fighter jets. The sources are withholding that exact combination of words to protect methods of communication. Except for the expenditure of fuel, and the rattled nerves of the Iraq radar crew who were confused at the unannounced launch, no damage was done. In fact one of pilots noted that this demonstrated the US was ready at any moment if air strikes are needed.

North Korea Invents Energy Free Global Positioning Indicator (SAT PAR News Jun 17, 2014) North Korea {official name: Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK)} presented with great fanfare and parades a new type of device called a Global Positioning Indicator that shows where you are in relation to roads and cities without any power required. Kim Jong-un the leader personally showed of the device to TV cameras. "It is truly amazing, this even works in deep tunnels. The device is made of laminated paper. You just unfold it and locate where you are by the colorful road lines and city outlines. No citizen will ever get lost again." A statement released by the US White House Office of Science and Technology Policy doubted the significance of the invention, "From TV pictures and wire news reports it appears to be a crude version of a simple road map, the kind you would get at any gas station. Though it appears to lack many features our maps have. This has nothing in comparison with a GPS that most people are familiar with, as the name would lead one to believe." A response from the Korean Central News Agency stated, "The United States will be in chaos as the people living there will be lost roaming in circles as the DPRK citizens will have solid feet on known ground."

Artificial Intelligence Computer Fools Computer That Beat Turing (SAT PAR News Jun 16, 2014) Panda C7 the new computer that use both Quantum computing and living cell circuits was able to pretend it was 1 day old human baby. The tables were turned on the computer referred to as 13 year old boy Eugene that judges could not tell was human or not in the original test in London, at Reading University. The new experiment was held at the same location with a new computer developed by IBM creators of the famous Watson computer that took on the TV game show Jeopardy. Panda C7 in replicating the mind of a newborn baby was able to confound 'Eugene' in a similar chat conversation. Researchers pointed out that imitating a baby was very difficult so they used Closed Captioning techniques to provide descriptive text since the computer simulated baby could not talk. For example when asked a question a gurgle text might be shown, or there could be a burp, or crying, even the smacking of lips hungry for milk was displayed in text. The Turing winner could not trip up the baby robot brain. No matter how convoluted the question, an appropriate baby response was always elicited. In the end it could not be determined whether it was a real baby or not and resulted in a second winning of the Turing test but a first against another computer.

'Death Ray' Burns Hand of Argentina's Lionel Messi (SAT PAR News Jun 13, 2014) Lionel Messi injured his hand in a practice session for Argentina in their World Cup campaign for a match against Bosnia-Herzegovina. Messi was using an official regulation ball which has high power lasers that beam data back to a control center. FARO the global tech company which makes the laser implants for the ball released a statement, "The 2014 FIFA World Cup soccer ball contains 3D scanning lasers in an assembly known as a Holofield Array which will record the balls position in the playing field in 3D space to 1/10,000 inch. These will be used to create a high resolution video game and are also available for judges real time use in decision making. These lasers are powerful as the need to scan a large field for mapping and transmission, the ball gets its energy by from a electromagnetic grid  incorporated in the goals. Each ball has eight lasers, one of these malfunctioned and initiated a surge that burned Lionel Messi's palm. The surge blew out the laser device in the process, we believe it was not the laser itself but the circuit board under the ball of the skin that may have actually caused the burn. But a power surge in the laser could indeed cause a burn. We regret that this anomaly occurred and are testing all remaining installations of the Holofield Arrays" Lionel Messi for his part said, "It is not a deep burn, I have a bandage on it, I am good."

High Tech Ice Train Breaks Sound Barrier  (SAT PAR News Jun 12, 2014) In an initial test the Ice Train made by the company Crealev formally know for its maglev train designs has well exceeded the sound barrier at 1.37 Mach or 1037 MPH. The Ice Train true to its name has an underside of the train that always has 1/4 inch of ice generated by coolers, this runs on 3 rails that also have ice on them. Underground the temperature is a constant 55 degrees, this reduces the energy needed to maintain temperature as would be required at the surface. Maglev technology is used to keep the train centered and stable, but little energy is required for that. The test was conducted in a 10 mile tunnel located in Baltimore County, Maryland. The tunnel was used by earlier trains has since shut down due to changes in larger train cargo size. The backers of the project hope this will be the answer to commuting From Baltimore and surrounding counties to Washington DC. To decrease air resistance large fans keep the air moving 300 MPH in the direction of the train, passengers use docking platforms which avoid the wind. Governor Martin O'Malley was present at the test and expressed his enthusiasm, "This is what we have been waiting for, seriously fast travel using low energy technology. Now we move on to generating investment and state support to expand the concept to commuting reality."

Discovery of Teaching Virus Alarms Parent/Teacher Group Over Potential Vaccine  (SAT PAR News Jun 11, 2014) Teacher who felt driven to their profession have a solid basis for that reasoning. The Institute for Human Virology at the University of Maryland Medical Center discovered through five years of laboratory studies. Dr. Yugon Gaygan leading a team that used a supercomputer to help map genetic information. "We used groups of blood samples such as mining workers, office clerks, fireman etc... where there are similar activities shared by the group. One of those groups was teachers, and a virus found in 89% of the teachers in the group samples. Using a complex protein analysis we found that this particular version of the virus only existed in teacher and teaching relating professions. We also have discovered that with the information we now have, a vaccine is possible."The idea that children could be vaccinated away from becoming a teacher alarms many parent groups. The National Coalition for Parent Involvement in Education released a preliminary statement, " While it may server fodder for analysis of why a highly credentialed professional would take a low paying teaching position, we would never support the idea of preventing children from becoming teachers before they are able to make a rational decision." Dr. Gaygan when asked about this position responded, "The idea of a vaccine should only put the children on equal footing when they start deciding on a career, but we should not worry at this stage, though I agree the ethics can be an issue"

 

Chat Rooms Information Uploaded To Communications Device on Moon (SAT PAR News Jun 10, 2014) A radio astronomer based at the Australia Telescope National Facility has detected massive uploads of data to a high-speed laser communications device recently launched to the moon. Dr. Levy Trundley noticed the upload during a routine wide scan of radio and visible light frequencies, The source of the upload appeared to be from a ship in the Indian ocean. Dr. Trundley determined the nature of the data as it was  not encrypted. "These are public postings from thousands of chat rooms and discussion boards, not just the main rooms but all the sub-topic rooms and channels. It is a tremendous amount of data, while some chat rooms are text based, there are many boards with images and videos. The laser communications needs a clear path to transmit so when on a recent night  when there were no storms, I recorded a huge blast of data being sent to to Resource LLCSR1, the communications device on the moon is public knowledge, but the details of exactly how it operates are classified". Civil libertarians are not exactly sure how to respond as some believe it may just be a test of what is know as "proof of concept", to see if the system works. Stephane Dujarric, spokesman for UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon when asked about the issues said, "While it is public information, we do not know what it is being used for, and are they referencing old posts on these discussion rooms which may have no bearing on the individuals today. We are actively looking at this. First we must determine who is behind these communications to begin a dialog to find answer our questions."

Stink Bugs Are Spying On People, Chip In Bug Sends Data (SAT PAR News Jun 9, 2014) Michael Forensia studying insects and bio-physics at Rutgers university picked up a Stink Bug (Brown Marmorated Stink Bug) on his window sill and decided to take a closer look at the bug that is driving large portions of America crazy with its infestation and smell when squished. Forensia put the insect under a powerful microscope and slowly dissected it with precision micro-surgical tools. What he found has caused the National Security Agency (NSA) and other intelligence related agencies to put out an alarm. Deep in the stomach was a nano-chip capable of receiving several types of communications signals. There is also a battery to power the device and when the battery would run down to a certain point, the remaining energy would send a signal to another device as yet unknown. Forensia said that without out more equipment and time there is no telling what type of data would be collected, but he guessed that cell phones and internet signals would be available. All that is conjecture now as a team from the NSA arrived to take possession of the device saying a public statement would be released as soon as they reverse-engineered the chip. At this point there are no clues as to the origin of the chip.

Philadelphia Experiment Occurs Again as US Navel Research Lab Disappears (SAT PAR News Jun 5, 2014)  The US Naval Research Lab in Washing DC has completely vanished to the shock of military leaders and the White House. Water, gas pipes, electrical and communications were left cleanly severed in a large pit in the spot where the huge building used to be. Emergency crews quickly shut off utilities in the area and sealed off all the connections before any fire or explosion could occur. As police, military, and investigators began arriving at the site, many were connecting the incident to the well know story referred to as the "Philadelphia Experiment" documented in several books and made into movies. The story centered around experiments to camouflage a war ship to disappear visually and from radar. Several people associated with the project have maintained that the ship did indeed disappear but also went into another dimension or traveled in time, depending on the version being retold. While that incident has taken on conspiracy level story telling this is different as everyday people witnessed the event. Jeffrey Germanne an energy exploration researcher was walking by when he thought he was about to be attacked by a swarm of bees as that was the sound he heard, millions of bees. When he looked around the Naval Research Lab building he just walked by was surrounded by a fog and as he watched, it vanished into thin air, leaving water shooting into the sky from the cut pipes. Little is known about the work going on there on what is called nano-particle envelopment. This involves exotic particles traveling along a copper mesh in layers at high energies. It is known that the techniques render anything under the layers of particles in a insulated world, where there is no interaction with anything outside including light. Parston Braggart of the University of Maryland College Park Engineering and Experimental Physics department said "If this technique which we know separates matter inside from contact with matter in the outside world had somehow expanded from the smaller experimental models to the entire building, there is no telling what could have happened. I fear they would not be moved to another place, but more likely they would be disintegrated. The particles scattered into space."

Washington DC Council Member Marion Barry Pushes Bill to 'Annex' Parts of City to Russia (SAT PAR News Jun 3, 2014) Marion Barry who holds the Ward 8 City Council seat in Washington DC has gained support for the lease of certain monuments to Russia. The Office of Historical Monuments and Culture located in Moscow next to the Parliament would pay $15 million dollars for a 5 year lease on monuments related to the Soviet Union. Other members of the council usually support such types of cultural leasing to promote travel and events. This proved to be more difficult as some of the monuments are located inside buildings, some federal and some city domain. The resolution was to allow sole visitation during certain hours, giving a temporary ownership in the spirit of the lease. Some on the council called such leasing a form of annexing, but Council Member Barry refuted that they do this every year with other countries and grandstanding over some foreign difficulties with Russia was not helpful.
