It is believed they can pick up cell phone calls of the target and data from any other device carried such as a laptop. An anonymous source at the White House suspected the drone was on testing missions and Boehner merely thinks it is after him. "When they hover in the air above you, you tend to think it is looking at you, but that is not always true.
