Land's End Mistaken Racy GQ Issue Bonus Is Actually A New Form Of Flexible Photo & Video Player (SAT PAR News Aug 14, 2014) Even though Lands' End apologized for the 'Lands' End Bonus' of GQ magazine that had a nearly-naked Ratajkowski on the cover, they are not apologizing for the technology contained it it, a video player. Lands End urges people not to throw the magazine away as it is a special edition with a great deal of new science contained in it. Edgar Huber, the chief executive issued this statement today, "Unfortunately the cover has distracted from the real message, and that is that the cover will receive radio signals that will not only get rid of what some people think is offensive, but will also allow shopping and watching entertainment. The only requirement is that you be within one of the Lands End stores where it will broadcast 3 different channels: *shopping, *comedy shows, and *news. We urge customers to visit a store and watch how easily the current cover disappears and replaces it with something you like. The last image - still photo or the last frame of a video - will be the final picture for the cover when you leave the store." Sat Par took the CQ magazine to a Lands End. As soon as Sat Par entered the retail floor the cover changed to sale items in the store. When Sat Par walked back out, the last image stayed on the cover.
